Script: 


DIARIES OF A SUICIDAL GAY WOMAN

First Scene:
Outside the corridor, Rachel is panting up and down in the corridor talking to herself and wondering whether it's a good idea to come out to her African parents.
Her girlfriend Susan is trying to calm her down and comfort her, telling her that her parents will love her no matter what.
Rachel and her girlfriend Susan walk into the living room where Rachel's parents are watching TV.
Rachel tells her parents that she has got something to say and ends up telling her parents that she is gay and introduces her girlfriend Susan
In disbelief, Rachel's parents ask her to repeat what she had just said with a confused and shocked look on their face.
Out of frustration and disappointment, they give Rachel an ultimatum which was to go get a boyfriend like a “normal girl” or to leave their home and never come back.
Rachel chooses her girlfriend and enraged that her parents practically disowned her, she stormed out of her parents' house.

Second Scene:
Rachel is in Susan’s apartment ranting about the ignorance of her parents and how they disowned her.
Susan then brings up the fact that Rachel’s parents didn’t baptize her when she was born which then gives Rachel the idea to go to church and get baptized.

Third Scene:
Rachel and her girlfriend Susan reach the church and enter.
They look around for a priest so that Rachel can get permission to get baptized.
After waiting in the church for some time, they spot an elderly looking priest and go up to him.
Both Rachel and Susan explain their predicament and kindly asked the priest to baptize Rachel.
The priest was infuriated with Rachel’s request and tells them that their kind is not welcome in the house of the lord.
This greatly upsets Rachel making her run out of the church and into the streets as her girlfriend Susan chased after her.
Unfortunately, Rachel was to fast for Susan to keep up with leaving Susan distorted.

Fourth Scene:
Fed up with life, Rachel ran off to her favorite place.
She stood of a building looking down frightened.
She then looked up, closed her eyes with her hands stretched out and jumped.

Silhouette  Doesn’t matter what backdrop cuz your frame is your soft-box Distance makes a difference  Can put two lights together to make a rectangle Turn the light up to 6 Move person back but it will make your frame smaller Turn light to 6 to 4 or it will be too bright. Used no reflector boards, because we did not reflect no light onto the face. The background is used with a soft box, a softbox is  a frame with a cloth covering used to diffuse the light from a flash or floodlight. The number on the softbox was 6 this means it was too bright, so the next image the softbox light got lower.  This image has reflector boards, this means that the light reflects of the boards to create a silhouette, however there isn't enough light.  At this point we told the model to turn towards the reflector boards, this would help the light reach her face so it creates the perfect silhouette effect. Mise en scene/ Black Panther.

The opening scene we are analysing is called Black Panther. The Genre is   Action , adventure  ,  science fiction  and  Fantasy  . For example the background which can be known as an  establishing  shot  is called a  CGI   , they use computer graphics to generate a believable location , for example the waterfalls aren't actually there , they implicate them in to go alongside with the genre and setting of the film . In black panther there is particularly a lot of action being shown , most camera angles are being shot from a low angle which could symbolise each character has a particular moment of power. They may feel inferior to one another . There is a particular part in this scene where there are close ups of the cameras face which then makes him the point of focus  Mise en scene ; The  lightning  in this scene is artificial light , the way its dark could foreshadow the future that something...

High Key Photography Studio.

Infinity Lightning- This forms High key lighting. (Very bright, not much shadow) The two lighting to light the backdrop, they need to be on the highest setting/power. Reflector board goes in front of the two lights that lights up the backdrop. When taking an image, have the model in front of the backdrop lights, and then set the model lights up.  If you get an image from google, must have a good resolution,  Macbook User: Scott MacBook Password: nikonmaster  Projection Photography Use projector to change backdrop or on model Can put the projector anywhere e.g the floor or behind the model etc. Use continues lighting If you use an image from google make sire it has a good resolution The closer the smaller the image gets.
